Safety & Surveillance

Surveillance cameras monitor the inside and outside of the facility, including the parking area, to help maintain the safety and security of our guests and property and to help ensure Castle Rules are followed.

Our Golden Castle Rules

Parents and caregivers are responsible for supervising their children. Our staff monitors the play areas, but we are not responsible for the supervision of your children.
Height and age restrictions vary by play zone and are in place for the safety of all children.
No running and no smoking.
No outside food or beverages. Please keep all food and drinks in the Food Court or party rooms.
All beverages must have lids.
Socks are required for all children in the play areas. No shoes and no bare feet in the playland unit. Socks are available at our Castle Gift Shop.
We reserve the right to ask any child to leave a Castle play area if the Castle Rules are not followed.

Playland Unit (Second Floor)

The playland unit is recommended for ages 4–12.
If a child can safely pull themselves completely through the playland unit independently, the unit is appropriate for them. If they are unable to do so, the unit is not age or size appropriate for them.
Children may not push or pull siblings through the unit. Each child must be able to safely navigate the equipment independently.
Adults are not permitted inside the public playland unit during normal business hours / open play.
Adults may accompany their children inside the playland unit during a private party held outside normal business hours.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who can play at Treasure Castle Playland?

Children must be between the ages of 1–12 to enjoy the Castle.

Children ages 4–12 may enter the main playland unit if they meet the independent-safety requirement above.

Our toddler area, Toddler Garden of Eden, is designed for ages 1–3, and parents and caregivers are welcome inside with their children.

Can adults play in the playland?

During normal business hours and open play, adults may not enter the public playland unit. The public playland is designed for children 12 and younger.

During a private party held outside normal business hours, adults may accompany their children into the playland.

This rule exists for the safety and visibility of all children playing in the facility. Parents can supervise from outside the unit.

Is Treasure Castle okay for children with autism or sensory needs?

Treasure Castle welcomes children and families of all abilities, including children with autism or other sensory needs.

Please be aware that Treasure Castle is an active, highly stimulating environment with bright colors, music, lights, games and the sounds of children playing. Families of children with sensory sensitivities are always welcome, and we encourage parents and caregivers to consider whether this type of environment is comfortable for their child and to plan accordingly.

All children, regardless of ability or diagnosis, are expected to follow the Castle Rules and safety instructions.

Can a guest play while wearing a cast, splint, sling or brace?

Safety of our guests and others is our top priority. If you are wearing a cast or another mobility-limiting medical device, such as a splint, sling or brace, you may not be permitted to use certain equipment. Restrictions depend on the equipment and the nature of the injury. Please ask a Castle team member before entering any play equipment.

What are the admission prices and hours?

Ages 1–3 are $10 and ages 4–12 are $13. One adult is free with each child’s admission, and additional adults are $2 each. We’re open Monday–Saturday, 10 AM–3 PM. See full rates & hours.

Little Treasures Is a Separate Business

Treasure Castle Playland and Little Treasures Preschool & Childcare are owned by the same owner and located in the same complex, but they are separate businesses.
